Story
I’m running the Liverpool Half Marathon in March to support Clatterbridge Cancer Charity, an organization that provides life-changing work in the fight against cancer. As a chosen runner for this incredible cause, I’m excited to be raising money and putting my running to the test as part of a larger group of colleagues from the MTC.
Clatterbridge Cancer Centre is one of the UK’s leading cancer treatment centres, providing world-class care, research, and support to patients across the region. As someone who has seen the difference they make, particularly through my friends Mia, a radiographer, and Abi, a nurse at Clatterbridge, I am truly proud to be part of this effort. Their dedication and compassion inspire me every day, and this run is my way of giving back to the place where they help save lives and bring hope to so many people facing cancer.
If you would like to give anything at all to this cause I would be extremely grateful and I’ll be thinking of your generosity as I struggle to the finish line!
