2023 has thrown a real curve ball into my life with my Mum being diagnosed with Lung Cancer. This has come as a massive shock to the family because my Mum is a healthy, fit person who has never smoked a day in her life, it really goes to show that no one is immune to Cancer and it is an awful disease. The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation have been amazing in supporting Mum and the family through this awful time and I will be doing a Skydive in order to raise money for the charity. Jumping out of a plane and falling to the ground terrified me and I never thought that I would ever do this, but here we are, it’s worth doing something terrifying to help a charity that helps so many people through a terrifying time in their life.

Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation is the only charity in the UK solely dedicated to supporting people affected by all forms of the disease and leading the charge to improve outcomes so people can live through lung cancer.
