Over the summer Dan and I got the most amazing news that we were pregnant. Unfortunately, the excitement was short lived because we soon found out that it was an ectopic pregnancy and therefore not viable. After weeks of hospital visits, lots of tears, and endless support from the most amazing husband, family, and friends I am finally able to close this chapter. To see it to a proper end, I’m running a 10k on September 21st as part of the Womens Edinburgh 10k to raise money for MISS, a charity that supports women who have suffered ectopic pregnancies and miscarriages. I’m not a runner but felt inspired to try to make something positive from this. Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated!
