​Our mum Sylvia was diagnosed with Dementia in 2021 and sadly passed away on the 6th of September 2024.

We were fortunate to meet many incredible individuals along the way, who supported Mum and us when her needs changed. The Parker Day Care Centre run by Age UK Enfield is an amazing facility that provides exceptional care and support for people diagnosed with dementia. Mum loved her days at the centre, they gave her a true sense of belonging and friendship.

Their mission is to improve the lives of older people in Enfield by ensuring they are valued, active, connected, and able to live the life they choose.
