Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. My names Sharon and I was diagnosed with COPD in 2018. This has led to struggles in my day to day life. I was referred to Action heart where they have worked with me to help in my day to day life. I have also seen first hand the amazing work that they do with with people recovering from strokes and heart attacks. The service they offer is tailored to suit each individual and helps massively. They also offer counseling to help you come to terms with the illness you have. I am so thankful to the people at Action Heart, which is why I’m raising money for them.
