In just a few weeks I will be taking part in the Supernova Kelpies 5k and I am hoping to raise money for LCTF, a local charity who support people with vasculitis.

They raise awareness, fund research and organise regular fundraising events, wellbeing courses and educational talks. They also have a respite cabin, set in stunning surroundings, which creates a calm and peaceful environment to aid rest and recovery. LCTF have been a great support to both me and my family during our journey with vasculitis.
