This is a cause I am very passionate about so please friends and family , close and faraway. As most of you are aware I suffer with COPD and Angina amongst other things but in March 2024 I am taking on the Swim 5k for Young Lives vs Cancer.

Every single one of us have gone through or, are going through a difficult time with someone we know who has been diagnosed with Cancer.

Regardless of age this is a really upsetting time for families, friends and so many people whom we all love.
