Story
Hi everyone,
My name is Sharon, and I am raising awareness and funds for HHT Ireland. Hereditary Haemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT) is a genetic disorder that affects blood vessels, and I'm not just a volunteer with HHT Ireland – I'm also a patient. Living with HHT means I am blood transfusion dependent, making everyday a challenging endeavor for me
As a volunteer, my mission is to raise awareness about HHT throughout Northern Ireland. With the help of Erica and Jonny from ‘The Lighthouse Bistro’ and ‘Cove’ coffee shop,The funds we raise are crucial. They enable us to find and support new and existing patients, guide them through the process of genetic testing, and ultimately, save lives.
Everything I’m working towards is not just for me, but for the entire HHT community. Your support and donations will make a world of difference in our efforts to provide essential resources and support for those affected by HHT.And on a final note if you could consider donating blood if you feel your eligible ,HHT patients along with cancer patients, traumas, birthing mothers , surgeries all can require blood transfusions.. I know they are lifesaving for me 🩸🩸🩸
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity and support.
Warm regards,
Sharon ❤️🩸💪
