Dear Friends and Family,

I'm excited to share that I’ll soon be embarking on an incredible adventure—trekking through the stunning landscapes of Kerala in India. This journey will take me across forested hills, open ridges, tea and coffee plantations, and even mango orchards, before culminating in a challenging climb up to Meesapulimala Peak, the second-highest peak in Southern India. The trek will span seven days, each one filled with breathtaking views and the thrill of pushing my limits in one of the most beautiful regions of the world.

This trek is about more than just the physical challenge; it’s a journey with a purpose. I’m doing this to raise funds for Dementia UK, a charity that provides vital support to those affected by dementia—a cause that is close to many of our hearts. Dementia is a condition that impacts not just those diagnosed, but their families and loved ones as well. The support provided by Dementia UK is crucial in helping people navigate the complexities of this condition with dignity and compassion.
