The Telford Sleep Out On World Homeless Day

The Donnington and Newport Housing team are swapping their beds for a box or tent and spend a night sleeping outside to help Stay Telford and KiP change perceptions and lives.

Please join us this World Homeless Day, along with the many local people, businesses and community groups who are lending their support, to raise awareness of the complex issues surrounding homelessness and raise vital funds.

Stay Telford has been a specialist charitable housing provider and a provider of person-centred support, for over 30 years. With 78 bed spaces across the borough of Telford & Wrekin, we help over 1,000 people each year. With the right support, at the right time, we know people can realise their aspirations to live independent and fulfilling lives.

Stay’s vision is to end homelessness and empower people to rebuild their lives.

Since 2005, KiP Telford has been responding to people who find themselves sleeping rough or becoming homeless across the borough of Telford and Wrekin, offering a support service that welcomes individuals at their point of need. With our local partners and private landlords who operate with a social conscience, we are able to offer hope to the most marginalised of society.
