I am running to raise money for Grounded Sounds (previously School Ground Sounds). I have been part of this amazing charity for over 2 years and recently took on the role of Managing Director.

This is a big challenge for me, but fundraising is also a challenge for all charities, which is why I am taking this on!

We are a South London based music charity, providing workshops, programmes and opportunities for young people to learn about music, develop creative skills and gain exposure into the professional opportunities within the music industry.

We believe that Music can be a powerful source of self-expression, creativity and positive change in a young person’s life, helping them to navigate through challenges that they may be facing and build a sustainable career in music.

We want to remove the barriers that many face to accessing quality and professional music creation opportunities, and give them the mentorship and support they need to pursue their creative goals.
