In 2024 we suffered a devastating house fire; a total loss for the family. Although we escaped unscathed the impact has been profound and given me a glimpse into homelessness and true hopelessness. We were able to rebuild with support from insurers friends and family but some many can't. The fire at Grenfell in 2017 devastated the lives of so many and that impact continues today.

In 2025 I completed my 200 Hour yoga training and started to teach swimming again alongside the day job as I look to make more long term changes.

I'll be raising money by teaching yoga and swimming throughout 2026 and I hope you can join me! If you can't please do consider a small donation this page which will go directly to the Grenfell Foundation.
