Stick n Step is a charity that is very important to my family and has been a big part of our lives for the past 10 years! They are a children’s cerebral palsy charity providing free conductive education and supporting over 100 families, with centres in Wallasey and Runcorn.

My gorgeous nephew, Oscar, was born prematurely at 27 weeks and as a consequence has cerebral palsy which affects both legs and his right arm.

He’s 11 years old in March and is the funniest, most eloquent boy who is football crazy! He, and our family, have been supported by Stick n Step for the past 10 years, so it feels like a good time to get my trainers back on and raise some funds to enable them to continue helping other families! It’s 5 years since I did 10k so it’s going to be a challenge … wish me luck!! 🙏
