The ARIEL (Agricultural, Rural Industries & Estate Losses) team at Crawford & Company will be taking part in a Summer Step Challenge between 1st June and 31st August in support of Insurance United Against Dementia.

Each member of the team will have their own step goal that they will be working towards, encouraging us all to get out there and be active.

I will be aiming to walk 1,000,000 steps in these 3 months. This is a cause close to my heart as my mum had dementia for 9 years.

Insurance United Against Dementia was formally launched with the support of the Alzheimer’s Society – the charity’s first industry specific action group tasked with raising funds for the University College London Dementia Research Institute, a new hub for clinical research into various forms of the disease.
