On Sunday 7th June 2026, I will be participating in my very first Triathlon at Blenheim Palace. I’ll be competing in the Super Sprint event, which includes a 400m swim, a 13km bike ride, and a 3km run.

I am proud to be fundraising for South West Blood Bikes, an incredible charity that plays a vital role in supporting patients across the South West providing free, out-of-hours transportation service for essential medical supplies like blood, plasma, platelets, and pathology samples to hospitals and hospices throughout the region. Their work is absolutely crucial - especially for patients battling blood cancers - and therefore a cause close to my heart.
