Ron & Sylvia met on the dance floor of the Ritz in Manchester, they shared a love of dancing and entertaining throughout their 67 yrs together. Raising money for charities was something that was at the forefront of everything they did together. So it's no surprise that Rons promise to her was to raise money in Sylvia's memory for St John’s Hospice, where his lovely wife spent her final days.

St Johns Hospice is a local charity which provides free palliative care to patients with life shortening conditions. Our services cover a population area of 250,000 people in North Lancashire, South Lakes and parts of North Yorkshire. We have been caring for our community every minute of every day since 1986.
