Hi all,

In November, I’ll be taking on a 40km running challenge in aid of City in the Community Foundation to help celebrate the charity’s 40 year anniversary.

It’s a worthy cause that enables thousands of children, young people & adults every year to access a wide range of 20+ programmes. This enables & supports healthier people, futures & communities across Greater Manchester.

The challenge consists of 4x 10km running events on the following dates:

- Sun 08/11: Windmill Remembrance 10km (Lytham St Anne’s)

- Sun 15/11: Movember Run 10km (Leeds)

- Sun 22/11: Movember Run 10km (Manchester)

- Sun 29/11: Run Heaton Park 10km (Manchester)
