I was formally diagnosed with ADHD last years and I’ve had a lot of help from family, friends, my work and professionals. I work for Asda and I’ve been well supported by them, they have also provided me with counselling support. I just want to raise as much money as I can to support vital groups like ADHD in Dundee and Angus.

Neurodiversity is such a huge issue these days and local council and NHS cuts appear to be targeting these services storing up issues for the future. I know how hard it was to be a child with ADHD, which I didn’t know I had and how long I have struggled for. Our kids don’t need to experience that.

Last year we raised money for Children In Need but this year we’ll be raising money for ADHD in Dundee and Angus
