Team Churchill are taking part in the 2024 HCav Banger Car Rally in support of the Royal British Legion. Starting in Portsmouth we will travel to a variety of historic battlefields in France completing tasks and challenges along the way .

This, the 9th rally, will take place between the 26th -28th April 2024 and this year is heading to Normandy to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of the D-Day landings.  The aim of the rally is to gather Household Cavalry veterans, serving soldiers and a select few civilian supporters to raise as much money as possible for charity, with this year’s choice being The Royal British Legion .

The rally is an intricately planned battlefield tour, designed to remind all participants of this significant defining moment in history whilst recognising the huge sacrifices made and allowing the crews to pay their respects to the fallen.

Shaun (Sizzler) Fry, MC and his brother Lee are the crew for Team Churchill and will be travelling in their Mini Cooper, which with the assistance of Studio 997, has been expertly transformed to mark the occasion.

All funds raised go straight to The Royal British Legion as the entire cost of rally and vehicle preparation is met by its participants in support of raising as much as possible to support our soldiers and veterans.
