I am swimming in a relay around Shepperton Lake for 24 hours - yes, even overnight! I'm doing this for Level Water - a charity that uses the power of swimming to improve lives for children with disabilities.

Outdoor swimming has changed my life, so I am raising money so all children can enjoy the water as much as I do. Swimming for children with disabilities is the biggest unmet need in sport. The water takes your weight; it’s a true leveller. It relieves pain and offers freedom and independence that many children never experience elsewhere.
