In April 2024 I will be running the Marathon des Sables (MdS) to raise awareness and support the Samaritans suicide prevention services.

The MdS is a race across the Sahara desert covering 250 km in 6 days, carrying both food and full kit for the race duration https://www.marathondessables.com/en/marathon-des-sables/concept

A challenging event, but one which is insignificant against the daily battles many people have with their mental heath and suicidal thoughts.
