My brother and I are running a half marathon for Dementia UK. While my own family hasn’t been directly affected, dementia touches so many lives — over 982,000 people in the UK live with it, and most of us know someone who has been affected by it. I've seen the impact it can have on people and families, so I want to try and do something to help.
