I have decided to run my first ever marathon for the charity Mind. They do great work providing help for people suffering from mental health issues such as depression, an illness that has effected people close to me.

I have no idea if I will be able to complete the distance however your support and the knowledge that it will be in aid of such a good cause will help me along the way.
