Thanks to everyone that has donated to CHEO in support of my great- nephew Loclan. The cancellation of the boxing event in Victoria was beyond my control. After months of extreme physical and mental preparation I am really unhappy that I can’t fulfill this project and get into the ring.

In 2025 I will be boxing in a UWCB competition. I’m fighting to raise money for CHEO The Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario in Ottawa. My great-nephew Loclan Mitchell (@loclanthefighter) receives his blood transfusions at CHEO approximately every three weeks in order to survive. Loclan has an extremely rare genetic disorder called Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency.
