I’ve taken on this challenge with the goal to raise awareness for mental health and raise money for Cuan Mhuire which helps people through addiction. I’ve lost family and friends to suicide. I’ve suffered from drug addiction losing my health , my wealth and everyone I love in the process - my family and friends. I understand the pain addiction causes not just for the individual but for everyone in their life who loves them. God gave me the strength to turn my pain into power. Cuan Mhuire also helps people through this process - I’ve got friends and family who’s benefited from spending some time there. I encourage anyone who is ready for change to please reach out and ask for help.
