Paul Sartori Hospice at Home is a charity, that we as a family hold very close to our hearts. The support and care that we as a family were given was outstanding, particularly by the lovely Sarah who we looked forward to seeing twice a week every week. Without Paul Sartori, and without Sarah, we would not have been able to have had the level of respite that we did have at home.

Our taking part in this New Years Day dip, is in loving memory of our Margi and a small gesture of thanks and support to Paul Sartori.
