Walking the Camino de Santiago · 9 March 2025

ANDYSMANCLUB facilitates groups where men aged 18 and above can speak openly about their issues in a non judgmental environment through shared experiences. Groups run nationwide every Monday 7pm except bank holidays and are completely volunteer-led with no charge to any man.

Story

Andys Man Club is a remarkable charity that I have witnessed making a profound difference in the lives of many. They create a safe space for men to openly discuss their struggles, fostering an environment where it's okay to talk about mental health.

Everyone knows someone who is facing challenges with their mental well-being, and as a male community, we must recognize that reaching out for help is not a sign of weakness but rather an act of courage. I have personally faced my own battles with mental health throughout my adult life, and it is through initiatives like this that we can encourage others to seek support.

On March 9th, 2025, I will be participating in a personal walk along the Camino de Santiago to raise awareness for this important cause. My goal is to raise £500 to support Andys Man Club and help ensure that more men feel empowered to connect with their friends or loved ones when they are struggling. Together, we can make a difference—let's take this step forward and support one another.
