But arthritis is still poorly understood and far too little is done. I am 1 of those people, hence why fundraining for this particular charity is so very close to much heart

Having lived with arthritis for over 20 years and having times where just getting out of bed seemed impossible, walking a few steps was far too painful even! After having a full hip replacement in 2017 & to be in a position where medication has my condition controlled so well, that I’ve been then able to improve my strength further with exercise so much so that I’m able & so very excited to take in the challenge of climbing Snowden with 3 of my fabulous friends Amanda, Jenna & Sarah
