Bear Necessities was founded in February 2021 by the Trustees who had a shared interest in supporting vulnerable families in and around North Lanarkshire. Together with a passionate team of volunteers and supporters, the charity has grown rapidly and had helped hundreds of families.

This year we are partnering with the Airdrie Action Partnership Christmas Appeal. Last year the Partnership supported 555 local children with presents.  We fully expect this number to be significantly higher this year.

All donations will go towards purchasing toys for children this Christmas.Charities like Bear Necessities could not operate without the support of local people and businesses.Thank you in advance for your support.
