We are raising money for the south wales MS Therapy Centre, it's a cause close to our hearts. The centre costs over £125.000 a year to run, and they receive no statutory funding towards running costs and rely on donations to keep the centre open. The centre provides therapies to people with MS, Cancer sufferers and many other conditions, helping manage the symptoms of these conditions is crucial for thier wellbeing.

In August ee will be walking from Bowness on Solway nr Carlisle to Wallsend Newcastle Tyne and Wear total distance 84 miles averaging 21 miles per day weather permitting... We will be sleeping rough under a tarp in sleeping bags. We also have to carry all our supply's for the challenge and so does our dog Gelert who has his own doggy panniers for his food ect..
