Thank you so much for supporting our fundraising. Macmillan gives people with cancer everything they’ve got. If you’re diagnosed, your worries are Macmillan’s worries. Macmillan’s doing whatever it takes. But without your help, Macmillan can’t support everyone who needs them.

This charity is especially close to my heart as they genuinely supported our family when my mum was ill. All the times I felt completely useless, they were there to answer our questions, come and visit us and to help my mum be as comfortable as she could. They gave us everything you could imagine, from a hospital bed for the house, to installing railing in and outside the house. I genuinely don’t know how we would have got through such a difficult time without them.

My mum was amazing, she loved helping people and always did when she could. She had done a few fundraisers for charities in her time and so I’ve chosen to follow suit.
