My daughter was born at just 29 weeks, weighing only 880 grams after she stopped growing at 24 weeks. She spent 3 long months in the neonatal unit at Luton and Dunstable Hospital – a place that quite literally saved her life, day after day. I’m forever grateful for the incredible care they gave her, and now I want to give back.

That’s why I’m taking on a huge personal challenge: abseiling from the new block at L&D hospital on July 12, 2025! I’m absolutely petrified, but I’m doing it for the babies and families who need that same life-saving care.
