In Jolly Good Company (IJGC) is playing an important role in the improvement of people’s physical and mental health across East & North Dorset. The activities they offer help to look beyond lost skills and to focus on the positivity of what the guests are able to do now.

The team at IJGC run indoor and outdoor sessions to encourage staying physically active and promote better health.

IJGC want to help people make the most of their lives, feel important, needed and an integral part of a group.
