Oliver is a happy 10-year-old bravely battling high-risk neuroblastoma. After relapsing for a second time in January 2026, he is undergoing chemotherapy. His family are fundraising to keep all treatment options open and give him the best chance.
Story
A little over 8 months ago, in a sheer moment of madness, Amy, Laura, Jess and I signed up for an Ultra Marathon. In my case a moment of lunacy having never run more than 10km at this point 🤣. On Saturday 11th April we will be running a 50km trail run from Abersoch to Pwllheli.
Whilst initially running this for fun we have now decided to run in honour of a truly inspiring little boy who has been diagnosed with Neuroblastoma for the third time in his life.
Oliver is a cheerful, brave, determined boy who is also Laura’s son.
Any money we raise will be held in a fund in Oliver’s name by Solving Kids Cancer, a charity that has supported the family through each of Oliver’s diagnoses. James and Laura will be able to acces the funds should they need to. If they don’t need to use it then Solving Kids cancer use the money to support another child who is fighting cancer, or it will be used to look for cures and treatments for this terrible disease.
If you are able to support in any way we would be truly grateful xx
