Aedan is celebrating walking and walking away from dialysis to raise money for the 2024 British Transplant Games where Aedan has been invited to represent the Alder Hey Kidney Transplant Team.

Donations allow for families to attend this annual event which celebrates life, promotes organ donation and allows families to meet who have been on similar journeys.

Aedan has been asked to raise money through sponsorship.
