The Friends of Roxburghe House Grampian undertake many roles and projects for the direct or indirect benefit of the patients.

Some of our expenditure in the past year included:

Providing free tea and coffee in the coffee bar for patients, visitors and staff

Providing the TV package via Hospedia to allow patients free tv (30 channel) viewing 24 hours per day

Providing seasonal food for the staff dining room over the Christmas period

Providing gifts to patients at Christmas

Transporting patients to Clinics and the Day Unit

Landscaping the garden

Funding (wholly or partly) the cost of employing the Therapies Nurse, the Writer and the Artists who work with all the patients

The Phase 3 refurbishment to include updating the Day Unit, Conservatory and Sanctuary was put on hold due to the Covid pandemic but discussions are now underway to progress this.
