I’m stepping up my 5K Park run to Half Marathon in Edinburgh on 25 May to raise funds in support of Memory Cafe at Wolverhampton Grand Theatre which provides 5 mornings a month welcoming in those living with Alzheimer’s and associated conditions , along with their loved ones and carers for a morning of Music , dancing , laughter , friendship , tea and cake ! .

Memory Cafe is very close to my heart , it always lifts my day .
