I am carrying out a Wingwalk in aid of James Hopkins Trust on 19th August 2026!

This has been on my bucket list for years and now at the age of 73 it’s time to tick it off whilst raising money for a fantastically deserving charity which is James Hopkins Trust.

This is a local charity that provides care and support for Gloucestershire’s life limited and life threatened young children and their families, which is funded by charitable donations alone.

It’s a fabulous facility that provides free nursing respite care day or night, in the home or in their multi-sensory respite centre and gardens in Kites Corner Hucclecote where they help to create special and lasting memories for these much deserving children and families.

Some parents may know that their baby has a condition that will shorten their life or cause severe disability, others may be diagnosed later. Either way it’s an earth shattering thing to have to deal with.

Please donate anything you can towards this brilliant charity - I was lucky enough to be shown around Kites Corner and it is truly inspirational and I also found the whole experience very emotional - please donate.

All funds raised will go towards nursing respite care for life-limited and life-threatened children.
