On 21st July, Dad and I will be supporting his friend Campbell Roy on his amazing Trek 500, which is actually the 540 mile Scottish National trail from the English Border to the far north-west of Scotland. We're joining him for the 12.8 mile section from Linlithgow to Carmuirs, which will be no mean 'feat' for the 'feet' of an octogenarian!!

Let's hope the weather is kind to us and we'd be really grateful for your support in raising funds for this worthwhile cause.
