Story
BRT being in the heart of Bangladesh, tens of thousands of lives have been touched through the unwavering dedication of volunteers based in the UK, working hand in hand with GUSS, an NGO committed to making a difference.
The Rohingya Health Post has become a beacon of hope, supporting the health needs of 6,000 men, women, and children. Each individual who walks through its doors carries a story of resilience and courage.
Additionally, we have distributed dignity packs to young girls in need, ensuring they have access to essential items that promote their well-being and self-respect. Our WASH programme set up in Bhasan Char Rohingya Island further enhances their quality of life by providing clean water and sanitation facilities.
Moreover, our Livelihood Duck Farming Project has empowered over 100 households by enabling them to rear ducks for sustenance and income. This initiative not only supports families but also fosters community resilience and self-sufficiency.
As we embark on the journey for the "BRT CHARITY & HERITAGE TOUR 2026", we invite you to join us in this noble cause. Our target is to raise £1,000 to continue these vital programs that uplift lives and restore dignity. Your support can make a profound impact on those who need it most.
