💙 I’m Skydiving in Memory of My Cousin Kieran – For Mental Health and in Support of Mind 💙
This year, I’ve decided to do something bold—something that scares me, challenges me, and hopefully makes a real difference. I’m going to jump out of a plane to raise awareness and funds for Mind, a charity that provides life-changing support for people struggling with their mental health.
I’m doing this in memory of my cousin Kieran, who we sadly lost to mental health in July 2024.
Losing Kieran was devastating. He was kind, full of life, and loved deeply by everyone who knew him. His struggle, like that of so many others, was mostly invisible. That’s why supporting Mind is so important to me—because no one should have to face mental illness alone, or in silence.
By taking on this skydive, I hope to honour Kieran’s memory, raise awareness, and help fund vital services that can literally save lives.
Mind works to ensure that anyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve. They campaign for change, offer helplines, and provide local services across the country.
If you’re able to donate, I’d be incredibly grateful. Every penny helps provide help, hope, and healing. Please also share this page to help spread the message: mental health matters, and help is out there.
Thank you for reading—and wish me luck as I take the leap! 💙
