This one’s for my dad.

Over the past 18 months, we’ve been trying to understand my dad’s mental health which is a complex combination with dementia.

Because of his condition, he’s now unable to drive anywhere and struggling to leave the house due to confidence and anxiety.

We’ve not walked 50km for over 6 years so this challenge is for him. Please give anything you can to support a very worthy charity.
