Donna and I need your help to raise money for the charity Action for Children, specifically to support projects running within Neath Port Talbot and Swansea.

These life enhancing projects support parents, children and young people through difficult times, teaching life skills, preventing homelessness and debt and helping to keep vulnerable families together through:

- housing related support for young parents and their children

- offering respite care for families with children with learning and physical disabilities in residential settings and in carers' homes

- a pre-school service for children who have emerging learning needs or diagnosed disabilities

- therapeutic interventions to help improve the emotional and social well-being of young people leaving care
