Sarah just 17 recently passed away from liver cancer. She touched so many lifes, with her wicked sense of humour and her beautiful kindness. This news has shocked everyone.

I spent many summers taking her riding. This is my fondest memories I have of us together, galloping in fits of giggles trying to get to the top of the hill first.

I am trekking my cousins favourite hack we use to do together across the forest on foot with my family. It's just more than 5k of uneven ground, hills and a stream.

Sarah is one of many that didn't get to live a fulfilled long life because of cancer. This charity helps so many young people going through the most difficult time of their life.

My thoughts and prayers go to Robert, Chrissy and her sisters Emma & Sophie.
