On Sunday July 19th I will be getting my daps on and completing a solo 25 mile hike from SA1 to Caswell Bay, before heading back towards home. The route will take me to Mumbles pier, Bracelet Bay & Limeslade, before taking the coastal cliff path through Langland Bay and onto Caswell. After a quick pitstop to refuel, then it's a loop back towards home.

All money raised goes towards helping Swansea Women's Aid keep women and children safe from abuse. Anything you can spare, however small, will be gratefully received!
