Flint House is a charity funded by donations from those in the police service and their families. It is with these generous donations that we help and heal over 3,000 serving and retired police officers each year, providing physical rehabilitation and mental health support.

Story

I am fundraising money for Flint House, the police rehabilitation centre located in Reading. Flint House helps police officers with Physical and Mental rehabilitative care for officers and retired officers. I visited Flint House in February 2024, after being diagnosed with anxiety and depression in November 2023, I benefited a huge amount from it and could not recommend it enough to my colleagues. I have never run a 5k let alone an inflatable one… (those of you who know me know how much I hate running!). I wanted to do something to show my appreciation for the charity even if I do not raise a lot. Any donation would be much appreciated.
