Everest Base Camp – March 2027
Climbing for Mental Health | Supporting KIM Inspire
In March 2027, I’ll be taking on one of the biggest challenges of my life—trekking to Everest Base Camp.
This isn’t just a physical challenge. It’s personal.
Every step I take will be in support of mental health awareness, something that has touched my life deeply—both personally and professionally. Working in mental health, and as a mum, I see first-hand how important early support, understanding, and safe spaces are.
That’s why I’m raising money for KIM Inspire—a charity doing incredible work supporting young people with their mental health, building resilience, and offering hope when it’s needed most.
Mental health struggles don’t always look obvious. They can be silent, hidden, and overwhelming. But with the right support, lives can change.
This trek will push me physically, mentally, and emotionally—high altitude, long days, and stepping well outside my comfort zone. But it’s nothing compared to the challenges many young people face every single day.
So this is bigger than a trek.
It’s about raising awareness, breaking stigma, and giving something back.
If you can support me—whether that’s through a donation, sharing my page, or simply encouraging me along the way—I’d be so grateful.
Let’s make this climb count.
