Story
Sidney Sussex College believes in the power of learning in all its forms, and is excited to support Rowan's excellent work, including opportunities for shared creative activities with Sidney's community as part of our wellbeing programme.
Rowan is a small, vibrant, independent, registered charity which provides an arts centre and forest school for adults with learning disabilities in Cambridgeshire. Since 1984 Rowan has provided a safe, creative, enriching and welcoming environment where the arts are used as a tool to bring people together, tackle social exclusion whilst developing skills and potential and improving happiness, health and wellbeing. Rowan also delivers much needed respite to families and carers.
Sidney's confirmed runners are:
- Alice Master's & Bursar's EA, ultramarathoner;
- Max, Senior Tutor, experienced half-marathoner;
- Holly, Registrar, stepping out of her comfort zone.
Join Sidney in supporting Rowan's mission and thank you for your generosity.
