This summer, I’m incredibly proud to be riding in the Magnolia Cup at Goodwood, and I’m doing it for an incredible cause: Project Lehar, supported by King’s Trust International.

Project Lehar (which means wave in Urdu) is transforming the lives of young women in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh, India - two areas where opportunities for girls are far too limited. Many of these young women are the first in their families to go to school. Some have had to leave school early, but Lehar gives them a new opportunity.

Through this programme, they:

- Gain vocational training and life skills

- Learn how to start their own businesses through entrepreneurship training

- Get financial literacy support so they can manage and grow their income

- Lead community projects tackling local issues like nutrition, domestic abuse and pollution

I am proud to be part of an event empowering woman not just in racing but also raising money for woman across the world and am passionate to raise as much as I can.
