Alzheimer's Research UK is a cause that means so much to me, both professionally and personally. Every 3 minutes dementia steals a happily ever after. Research is our only chance of changing the ending for people affected by dementia.

After years of working as a nurse, I’ve seen firsthand the profound impact Alzheimer’s has—not just on those diagnosed, but on the families and loved ones who support them every day. I’ve also experienced this heartbreak up close with people dear to me, watching memories fade and personalities change in ways that are incredibly difficult to accept. That’s why I’m Skydiving and raising funds: to support vital research, improve care, and ensure no one has to face dementia alone.

Any donation, no matter the size (although the bigger the better), will help bring us closer to a future where Alzheimer’s no longer takes so much from the people we love.
